I came across dead and dried stems of a decorating plant at my office whose name in Thai is "Hang Krarog" - or squirrel's tail because when fresh and green, it looks like squirrel's tail. Any dioramist with creative and innovative ideas like myself (I'm just kidding, not boasting) would see an opportunity to make use of those stems. In dark brown color, they look just like dried pine trees, in 1:35 scale!. No modification is needed at all. I took them back home and later on handed them over to "Art Instructor" to be used in a diorama. Now they're here in this diorama for your close look. How about them?.

ผมได้พบลำต้นที่ตายและแห้งแล้ว ของไม้ประดับชนิดหนึ่ง ที่ที่ทำงานของผม ซึ่งมีชื่อว่าต้นหางกระรอก เพราะเมื่อมันยังสดและเขียว มันมีรูปร่างเหมือนหางกระรอก นักทำไดโอราม่าคนใดก็ตาม ที่มีความคิด สร้างสรรค์เหมือนผม (พูดเล่นนะ.. ไม่ได้โม้...) ก็ย่อมจะมองเห็นโอกาส ที่จะใช้ประโยชน์จากลำต้นแห้งเหล่านั้น ด้วยสีน้ำตาลแก่ มันดูเหมือนต้นสนแห้งในขนาดมาตราส่วน 1:35 พอดี! ไม่ต้องตกแต่งเพิ่มเติมใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น ผมก็เลยเก็บกลับบ้าน และต่อมาก็มอบให้ Art Instructor หรือคุณเจี๊ยบ เอาไว้ใช้เวลาทำไดโอ ตอนนี้มันก็อยู่ ในไดโออันนี้แล้วเพื่อให้ท่านชมอย่างใกล้ชิด เป็นไงบ้างล่ะครับ?
